Working closely with the University of Indianapolis, planned, designed, and developed a build-to-suit academic office building at the gateway to its campus. The building was completed in August 2015 on-time and under budget, and currently houses academic offices, classrooms, and laboratories that cater to UIndy's health disciplines and is 152,000 sq ft.

In partnership with the University of Indianapolis developed a four-story, 196 unit apartment building on UIndy’s campus. The property houses up to 480 students and features one to four bedroom units, private baths, kitchens, living areas and washers and dryers.
